Built through experience.
Refined through reinvention.
Clairity
For most of my career, I've been building.
Brands.
Businesses.
Communities.
Teams.
Partnerships.
I've spent more than two decades helping organizations grow, evolve, and navigate change.
I've founded businesses.
Sold businesses.
Built communities.
Led teams.
What I've learned is that the most important decisions are rarely operational.
They're questions of clarity.
Good Omen exists to help people find it.
After selling the company I'd spent years building, I found myself asking many of the same questions my clients were asking. What matters now? What's worth building? What does success look like from here?
Those questions became part of the foundation for Good Omen.
What I Believe
Most important decisions are clarity problems.
Success and alignment are not the same thing.
Reinvention is a sign of growth, not failure.
The right people change everything.
A meaningful life is worth designing.
Personal Note
The work I do today is informed as much by experience outside business as experience inside it.
Nature.
Community.
Creativity.
Relationships.
Rest.
I've learned that sustainable success requires a broader definition of what it means to thrive.
That perspective shapes everything I do.
